IEP Resources

An Individualized Education Plan (IEP) is a comprehensive working document that supports goal setting, instructional planning, and evaluation for students with special needs.

An IEP is developed for students who need adaptations to educational materials, or instructional or assessment methods in order to meet learning objectives specifically established for them or to meet those expected for their age and grade.

The following brochures were created to facilitate understanding of the elements that comprise IEPs and the steps in the process involved in their creation and use.

Brochures optimized for online viewing: The columns in these documents are ordered from left to right for easy electronic viewing.
